Previous experience in Administration or related with good Customer Service skills and PowerPoint desirable. Working with a CRM system an asset. Our associate company seeks an Administrator to join their team to support management in handling operational duties while maintaining a good standard.
Responsibilities
- Support administration of the office with all admin, customer service and sales follow up
- Daily inputting into CRM and ensuring others input data on time and forms/formats are followed
- Maintain stock take of books, materials, collateral, costing and placing orders
- Preparing Teaching schedules, classroom allocations for approval by management
- Ensuring all data and enquiries for posting in social media and website is checked in timely manner
- All related typing and filing and general upkeep of condition of work spaces
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills and accurate
- Previous experience in a clerical and admin work
- Experience in preparing for events and seminars
- English & Cantonese speaker, Mandarin an asset
- Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
