Administration Associate
Position Purpose:
You will be responsible for providing front-line support to business units to effectively manage and implement employee services focusing mainly on transportation and offices management in JTI Turkey.
This position will be based in İzmir, Torbali, and will be reporting to General Services Manager.
What will you do – responsibilities:
Transportation Services:
- Coordinate the full operation and the budget of transportation services
- Ensure employees’ transportation complies with administrative policies and procedures, safety rules, and government regulations with the vendor
Office Management:
- Coordinate the rentals/monthly fees of the sales offices and the warehouses
- Follow up on the contract renewal processes
- Coordinate the effective planning, implementation, and set up of offices & furniture
- Follow-up office leasehold & Furniture Asset Process
- Follow up Entity Asset Management planning process together with Finance Department.
Who are we looking for – requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of office administration experience
- Advanced Level of written & spoken English
- Advanced Level knowledge of MS Office applications, SAP, and Power BI considered as a strong advantage
- Ability to solve problems with various levels across different functions and locations
- Effective communication skills
- Good follow-up and “can do” spirit
- Work together with a shared team spirit of collaboration.
