Job Description
- Familiar with shipping, import and export procedures
- Familiar with Dubai Trade Procedures
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents.
- Plan and schedule appointments and events.
- Coordinate and follow-up all company activities and prepare commercial documents.
- Answer inbound and make outbound telephone calls.
- Develop and implement organized filing systems.
- Perform all other office tasks.
Requirements
- Must have Admin UAE experience.
- Excellent Communication skills is a must.
- Hands on experience of Microsoft Excel.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
- Administrator / logistics coordinator: 2 years (Preferred)
