Administrator cum logistics coordinator [United Arab Emirates]


 

Job Description

  • Familiar with shipping, import and export procedures
  • Familiar with Dubai Trade Procedures
  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents.
  • Plan and schedule appointments and events.
  • Coordinate and follow-up all company activities and prepare commercial documents.
  • Answer inbound and make outbound telephone calls.
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems.
  • Perform all other office tasks.

Requirements

  • Must have Admin UAE experience.
  • Excellent Communication skills is a must.
  • Hands on experience of Microsoft Excel.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Administrator / logistics coordinator: 2 years (Preferred)

Language:

  • ENGLISH, HINDHI (Preferred)
