National Vision is currently looking for a Cash Poster to grow our team
The Managed Care Cash Poster is responsible for the accurate, complete, and timely processing of cash postings and ensuring that SDS (Point of Sales) posting standards are met.
What would you do? – The Specifics
- Ensures the accurate and timely cash posting of assigned checks to reconcile the daily deposit.
- Accesses Payer Explanation of Benefits for application of posting.
- Identifies any issues or concerns in the cash posting process and or application.
- Delivers exceptional customer service.
- Reviews and processes credit balances due to insurance/customer.
- High school degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience with cash posting systems.
- Excel, Web Browsing and Data Entry experience required.
- POS system experience preferred.
- Ability to listen and understand instructions.
- Strong verbal/written communication abilities; effective interpersonal skills; strong attention to detail.
- Approaches all encounters with customers and co-workers in an attentive, friendly, courteous, and service-oriented manner.
- Strong sense of urgency; ability to execute quickly and efficiently.
