Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and develop designs for online and offline campaigns (web banners, social media, collaterals, media advertising)
- Provide creative direction for campaigns
- Work closely and collaborate with online team to develop concepts for assigned projects
- Understand and embody the brands personality while articulating the brand's tonality and creative identity
- Ensure brand image is maintained at a consistent level of excellence and within guidelines
- Ability to manage multiple creative projects workflow and timeline
- Experienced in managing freelancers and creative agencies
- Have a flair in product photography and photo-editing
- Able to do simple animation of graphics
- Able to do video editing will be a plus
- Other ad-hoc projects as required
Requirements:
- At least 3-5 years of relevant in-house or with agencies experience
- High proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and other graphic software
- Understanding of digital collateral requirements, marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, advertisements, and multimedia design.
- Able to work in a team with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects and changing priorities
- Able to start work immediately (preferred)
