Reporting directly to the Operations Director – Middle East, Turkey & Africa, we are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Delivery Operations Development Manager to be based in our Riyadh, Saudi Arabia office. In this role, you will support Delivery Operations management in driving project delivery and installation performance by analyzing current performance, providing input for prioritization and road mapping of development initiatives, managing development projects, monitoring and ensuring compliance to KONE Way and other agreed practices, and supporting performance management and competence development.
He/she will collaborate actively with different country, area and global functions to ensure alignment and effective best practice sharing.

What will you do?
- Responsible for using and analyzing KPIs to improve daily operations and realize productivity improvement targets in a hands-on manner.
- Convert analysis into concrete improvement actions in cooperation with relevant stakeholders and align planning with country/Area/global development roadmaps.
- Together with relevant Delivery Operations teams set targets and follow up development progress and business performance against these targets.
- Train and coach relevant Delivery Operations personnel in correct execution of processes and correct use of related tools.
- Actively contribute in the future development plans of Delivery Operations teams and collaborate with relevant Area and global teams to further improve global KONE Way processes and IT solutions.
- Support the implementation, adoption, utilization and constant improvement of KONE Way processes and tools in the units.
Are you the one?
- Experience in Business Excellence, Performance & Analysis will be desirable.
- Prior working experience required in Delivery/Site Operations in the same or relevant B2B engineering industries on a regional level.
- Good experience in Project Management with strong exposure to field operations.
- To be able to demonstrate sound financial management, understanding of P&L and resource utilization.
- Strong analytical and influencing skills with the ability to drive change.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- This is an individual contributor role, so the successful candidate should be hands on and able to influence various stakeholders.
