Your role& work environment
As a Digital Sales Intern (Customer Journey Expert), your mission is to promote towards our clients a differentiating digital customer experience for their financial needs in every important steps of their life by leveraging our digital capabilities.
Based on insights from analyzing the trends, the market, the competition, client’s needs, you will define the digital marketing approach to drive our prospects and clients through our digital environment to answer their needs when they are dealing with their finance. You will develop and run digital marketing campaigns to drive qualitative traffic and lead towards our digital channels (Web & app).
You will analyze clients behaviors to optimize their experience on our digital channels and sales flows. You will be responsible for the digital (online & mobile) sales objectives for one or several product categories in the retail segment.
Your key responsibilities
- You follow our digital sales experts to learn and understand how their daily work I organized.
- You follow our digital sales experts in the management and optimization of the paid & owned media plan (SEA & programmatic advertising, social media & content) in collaboration with the media team.
- You analyse the performance of action via Web Analytics (funnel analysis and dashboards, monitoring plan, tagging and attribution models) and you test them continuously in order to increase their efficiency
