Finance Manager

We partner with a market-leading property investment manager in their search for Finance Manager to join their growing group corporate finance team.
This is a newly created role due to the significant growth of the business and would suit a highly motivated individual either from an audit/ consulting firm or a similar investment management company.
Key responsibilities:
- Full responsibility for financial operations and reporting under the international standards for the allocated entities
- Review and management of financial and regulatory reporting prepared by service providers and make sure IFRS and local GAAP reporting is accurate and timely for a number of jurisdictions across Europe
- Monthly cash flow preparation
- Budgeting and forecasting, variance analysis preparation
- Ensuring tax filling and compliance matters are being handled, liaising with tax advisors
- Liaising with European stakeholders on reporting, consolidation and budgeting requirements
Key Requirements:
- Accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CA) would be desirable
- Relevant accounting working experience in consulting or auditing firm
- Property experience is essential
- IFRS knowledge
- German GAAP/ HGB is advantageous
- Fluency in English is essential; German would be an asset
**Valid work permit in Luxembourg is required
