Experienced and Trainees
Will train right people. Job is not to hard. Should be skilled with hands, have an eye for detail. A little nit picky and you need some finesse and patience.
Experienced people should be able to do basic caulking on exterior surfaces. Window perimeters, control joints, railing bases as well as other things.
Both women and men are suitable for this position.
Job is at heights, scaffolding, boomlift, swingstage, ladder.
Any relevant tickets are useful. Transportation is also helpful. Jobs are all over Vancouver area and outlying areas.
Those who are experienced will get more money. Must be able to work with others as well as alone at times. Be reliable, and a hard worker and you'll get payed the top tier rate very fast.
