Ø Promotes coffee consumption by educating customers; selling coffee and coffee grinding and brewing equipment, accessories, and supplies; preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks, along with pastries and cookies.

Ø Welcomes customers by determining their coffee interests and need reply on whatsapp messages

Ø Educates customers by presenting and explaining the coffee drink menu; answering questions.

Ø Sells coffees and coffee grinding and brewing equipment by explaining differences in coffee beans and coffee preparation machines; demonstrating how brewing equipment operates.

Ø Prepares and sells coffee drinks by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques for coffee drinks, such as, espresso, espresso lungo, caffe latte, and cappuccino.

Ø Generates revenues by attracting new customers; defining new and expanded services and products.

Ø Maintains inventories by replenishing coffee bean supply; stocking coffee brewing equipment; maintaining supplies, pastries, and cookies for coffee bar.

Ø Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.

Ø Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations.

Ø Improves quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes; implementing changes; maintaining and improving the appearance of the store and coffee bar.

Ø Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading coffee, retail trade, and food service publications; maintaining personal networks.

Ø Preparing foods, such as sandwiches or baked goods, and grinding and blending coffee beans, brewing coffee and tea, and serving items to customers.

Ø Packaging food and beverages for sale.

Ø Cleaning and restocking work and dining areas, emptying trash, and sanitizing equipment and utensils.

Ø Learning about brewing methods, beverage blends, food preparation, and presentation techniques to improve food quality.

Ø Taking inventory and replenishing items in display cases, at tables, or behind the counter.

Ø Adhering to all food safety regulations and quality controls.

Ø Checking conditional of bar equipment and tools;

Ø Review of back up and checking quality and expiration of all items;

Ø Ordering for bar items / monthly inventory of packaging and bar items;

Ø Arranging stock room for packaging;/ taking and delivery order outside;

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to QAR3,000.00 per month
