HR Operations Specialist
We are looking for a HR Operations Specialist to join our HR team in EMEA. In this role, you will act as the EMEA subject matter expert for HR operational activities and partner closely with the HR Business Partner (HRBP) community, providing support and actioning transactional HR activities via our ServiceNow HRSD platform.
What you will be doing:
As HR Operations Specialist, EMEA, your responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Using HR’s portal and case management system (ServiceNow HRSD), responsible for queue management, end-to-end handling of cases, and driving case closure across the platform amongst the broader HR Community
- Provide effective and prompt solutions to internal customer inquiries on a wide array of HR topics, and deliver an excellent customer experience
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of company-specific HR policies and practices
- Complete Oracle HCM data entry requests. Audit data and processes to ensure accuracy and administer accompanying reporting
- Support with pre-onboarding, lifecycle, and off boarding processes, ensuring required information is collected and maintained
- Create, maintain, and keep all employee records/files up to date, utilizing HR systems
- Perform technical and administrative HR Solutions duties such as employment verification and travel letters, filing government reports etc.
- Identify and support continuous improvement opportunities and implementation of continuous improvement projects and initiatives in processes and systems
The candidate we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline or equivalent relevant experience
- Relevant HR Operations/HS Shared Service Center experience
- Strong technical skills and experience with MS Office and using an HRIS system, previous experience with ServiceNow HRSD and Oracle HCM is an asset
- Solid customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven attention to detail while effectively managing multiple demands and competing priorities
- Self-directed, excellent time management skills and ability to maintain flexibility under tight and fluctuating deadlines
- Flexibility to occasionally work outside of regular hours to support global operations (if necessary due to different time zones).
- High proficiency in the English language. Knowledge of French or German is advantageous
