Job Summary
Junior Dealmaker sought to join well-established financial services business.With operations throughout the country, our client is recognized as a leading Commercial Property Finance business who provide unique financing products for real estate entrepreneurs and developers. With capacity in their busy Johannesburg team, they are currently seeking a driven Junior Dealmaker to join the business. Reporting to the regional manager, your duties will include identifying, sourcing, and securing development/project loans with appropriate clients and to undertake all administration necessary to finalize the deal.
To qualify for this position, you will need to have:
- Tertiary degree in Commerce, Finance, Engineering, Quantity Surveying and/or related fields
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Commercial Property Finance
- Excellent numeracy skills
