Title: Lab Chemist
Hextar Group is looking for Lab Chemist on urgent basis. He is responsible for Analysis of all raw materials/Formulated/Finished/Imported products. Works for new formulation development and suitability evaluation through laboratory Trials. Maintains lab equipment requires laboratory analysis to sterilize tools and order replacement supplies. Supervising documentation of all test procedures results & analysis. Standardization of working standards / Chemical Solutions. Follow safety standards and protocols at all times in regards to safe handling of materials and insures the personnel’s proper protective equipment. Proper handling, Storage & standardization of all chemicals being used in the lab. Responsible for monitoring all the testing equipment in presentable condition. Responsible for analysis of samples sent by dealers / distributers. Responsible for stability studies of all formulated and packed products and keeping their record.
Required Skills: Capability to perform all lab tests to ensure quality. Knowledge of manufacturing, statistical process, control analysis. Knowledge of safe working practices of Hazardous equipment & tools. Energetic, hands on, practical & good communicator.

Job Description1. Assists to perform analysis of all pesticide raw material and finished products.
2. Issue the recipe and formulation Procedures to Production department with collaboration of plant manager and keeping their record.
3. Responsible to perform all chemical analysis of product.
4. Assist to perform analysis of samples taken by the Govt. Officials.
5. Assist in standardization of working standards with the help of reference standards
6. Responsible for documentation and record keeping of all quality related documents
7. Responsible for conducting laboratory analysis work when required and scheduling daily laboratory tasks.
