Overview
This role reports to the Marketing and Communications Manager.
You'll be assisting with international trade show event coordination, design and development of business-to-business (B2B) marketing materials and ad hoc marketing and public relations activities.
Daily activities include but do not limit to: assisting with event planning and coordinating product displays for company trade show booths at international cosmetic packaging exhibitions, content design and copywriting of marketing materials, video / photo production and editing, preparing presentations regarding new products and draft company news.
Knowledge and Skills Requirements
- Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and PowerPoint skills
- Professional written and spoken English required. Mandarin a plus but not mandatory
- Excellent organizational skills, project planning, attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Excellent design eye. Photography or videography skills a plus
- Experience in marketing, beauty and/or packaging industry experience a plus
- Degree-level qualification
- Experience living or studying abroad preferred
- Creative, outgoing, friendly personality
- Organized and detail minded
- Very flexible and able to change direction as needed
