Office Manager [United Arab Emirates]


 

Female Office Manager/Secretary:

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for visitors at the office, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner. You will also be assigned duties as required (i.e. organization of inbound and outbound mail, administrative work, and general clerical support).

Responsibilities

  • Greeting clients, sending emails, answering the telephone, and making follow-up calls.
  • Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients
  • Ordering supplies, preparing and distributing documentation
  • Maintaining electronic and paper filing systems
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in Real Estate.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong numeracy and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of Russian and English language is a plus.
