Quality Assurance Executive [Pakistan]


 

Looking to hire Quality Assurance Executive;

Responsibilities:

Uphold and enhance internal support and call center quality standards.

Evaluate a portion of support agents' interactions (phone calls, emails)

Provide valuable and constructive feedback to call agents.

Engage in regular meetings with agents to discuss and clarify feedback.

1-2 years of experience in International campaign is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
