THE FIRM:

Our client is an International Top Tier firm that is regarded as having a preeminent Property Practice who pride themselves on the reputation they have earned for market leading transactions as well as delivering exceptional service to clients.

THE WORK:

This role will see you working under the guidance of nurturing Partners who are vested in your growth and development.

You can expect to represent an enviable pool of clients. Day to day, you will work across all facets of real estate transactions including:

• Corporate real estate acquisitions and disposals (including advising on titling, contracts and other transaction documents);
• Completing and project managing extensive legal due diligence reporting;
• Initial management and resolution of property related issues before they become litigious; and
• Some commercial leasing and development leasing transactions;

Their clients include major infrastructure surrounding resources and renewable projects, prominent real estate investment trusts, as well as institutional real estate asset managers and owners.

ABOUT YOU:

• You will ideally possess 2+ years PAE with applications considered up to Associate level;
• Commercial property experience; and
• An ability to draft clear and commercially-oriented advice.
