About the Role
The Lively People Team is growing! We are looking for a Recruiter to work alongside the Director of Talent & Culture and own the full recruitment life cycle of a variety of open roles. This position will handle all aspects of recruiting, from sourcing to offers, ensuring candidates are moving through the pipeline efficiently, and that they have an excellent candidate experience. You'll be the liaison between the Talent team and hiring managers from various departments, making sure their hiring process is top notch from end to end. You'll also update hiring data and metrics, as well as create documentation as needed. Overall, you will help support Lively in hiring the best candidates for our growing company.
This position can be fully remote, but the ideal candidate is located in the PT or MT timezones.
Responsibilities
- Own the recruiting process for all roles assigned by the Director, Talent & Culture.
- Work within Greenhouse ATS to review resumes, schedule interviews, and track the candidate process.
- Work closely with hiring managers to fill open roles.
- Conduct kick-offs and meetings surrounding new and existing open roles for a variety of departments.
- Source, qualify, and streamline eligible candidates.
- Interview candidates and ensure an excellent candidate experience.
- Work with the Director, Talent & Culture on any special projects as needed.
- Assist on various other tasks and initiatives, as needed by the People team.
Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience as a recruiter or sourcer.
- Expert in Greenhouse ATS, knows all aspects of the platform and how to manage candidates, scorecards, and scheduling.
- Familiarity with the full-cycle recruiting process and recruiting best practices, including your own established methods for sourcing and recruiting top talent.
- Excellent at interviewing candidates, judging if they are a good fit, as well as making them feel at ease and interested in the role.
- Knowledge of a variety of different roles, duties, job titles, and responsibilities.
- Knowledge of the job posting process and job boards.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Consistently proactive, detail oriented, and timely.
- Google Suite/Drive/Calendar expertise.
- Experience with DEI processes is a plus, but more importantly you are motivated to learn and to always think about diversity, equity, and inclusion in your recruiting process.

The base salary range listed for this position is inclusive of all U.S. States and Washington D.C. Actual pay will depend on the candidate's location and experience.
