I. JOB DETAILS
- Job Title: Recruitment Associate
- Employment Type: Project-based (Independent Contractor)
- Main Responsibility: End-to-end Recruitment to Hiring
- Duration: Six (6) months
- Gross Compensation: Five Thousand Pesos (Php 5,000.00) per successful hire (conditions and restrictions shall apply, see Section IV hereof). A 10% withholding tax is applicable based on existing tax law.
- Work Setup: Remote
- Shift Schedule: Flexible time
II. JOB OVERVIEW:
- Responsible for the implementation of the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding process of the company, including scheduling calls, interviews, and coordinating qualified candidates with the Talent Acquisition Manager and Hiring Managers. Ultimately, the position's role is to help the company efficiently and effectively select and hire the best candidates for a specific function.
III. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Coordinate with the Talent Acquisition Manager and internal teams, manage, and lead the recruitment-hiring mechanism of the company, to wit:
- Manpower requisitions;
- Creation and posting of job advertisements;
- Selection or shortlisting of qualified candidates;
- Calls or interviews;
- Creation and sending of Job Offers and Contracts/Agreements;
- Reporting and database (including people statistics) monitoring and maintenance; and
- Onboarding of new employees.
2. Address recruitment-related and/or hiring-related concerns, including updating of applicant tracking systems and updating of recruitment and hiring statistics.
3. Process background checks (if necessary).
IV. COMPENSATION CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS:
1. New Job Order. For every new job order, the Recruitment Associate shall be compensated Five Thousand Pesos (Php 5,000.00) per successful hire. A contracted candidate shall be considered a successful hire if:
- a candidate is successfully contracted on or before the expected date of delivery (KPI:time-to-fill).
- a contracted candidate successfully completes a clearing period of at least thirty (30) calendar days of uninterrupted service rendition (KPI: Quality of Hire).
Otherwise, a 20% compensation deduction shall be made without prejudice to any deductions or restrictions as specified hereof.
2. Replacement Order. Should a replacement order be issued, the Recruitment Associate shall likewise be compensated as stated previously provided that the replacement order is considered a new job order.
A replacement order shall be deemed a new job order if the current or previous contractor was not the Recruitment Associate’s recruit.
Otherwise, the clearing period of thirty (30) calendar days uninterrupted service rendition shall be utilized to determine whether a replacement order is considered a new job order or not, to wit:
- should a contracted candidate’s services be discontinued or terminated for any valid reasons beyond the clearing period, the replacement order shall be deemed a new job order.
- should a contracted candidate’s services be discontinued or terminated for any valid reasons within the clearing period, the replacement order shall be deemed a back-job.
3. Back-Jobs. For any back-jobs, the Recruitment Associate shall nevertheless be compensated. However, the full amount shall be reduced by 40% notwithstanding the conditions and deductions set forth in Section IV Item 1 hereof and the withholding tax as imposed by the Tax Law of the Philippines.
V. COMPENSATION SCHEDULE & MODE OF PAYMENT:
1. Schedule of Payment. The payment of compensation shall strictly follow the cut-off and payout schedule of the Company, to wit:
Cut-off schedule - there are 2 cut-offs in a month, 1st and 2nd cut-off, schedule as follows:
- 1st cut-off: the 23rd of any given month to the 7th of the following month.
- 2nd cut-off: the 8th of any given month to the 22nd of the same month.
Payout schedule:
- 1st cut-off: 15th of any given month
- 2nd cut-off: 30th or last day of any given month
The Recruitment Associate shall be entitled to a payout per completed job order thirty (30) calendar days upon the execution of the every new hire contract.
The Recruitment Associate shall receive his/her compensation on the immediately following payout schedule provided that the Recruitment Associate submits the necessary invoice document.
Invoicing must be done on the following schedule:
- 8th of any given month - paid on the 15th of the same month
- 23 of any given month - paid on the 30th or last day of the month
Should the payday fall on a weekend or on a holiday the payment shall be made on the next working day.
2. Mode of payment. The Recruitment Associate shall be paid via Unionbank. Hence the Recruitment Associate MUST secure an account with the said bank for faster and seamless processing of payout.
Nonetheless, the Recruitment Associate may use his/her own back of choice. However, a bank clearing period of at least three (3) business days shall apply before the payout to be credited to his/her bank account.
