We are looking for a Retails Sales Manager for and Agricultural Products Company
Excellent ARABIC Communication skills is a MUST.
Location: Dubai
Candidate Should have:
- 6 to 10 years of experience in retail sales of Agricultural Chemical Products
- Should have Bachelors degree
- Well aware of Agricultural products market trends in UAE.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
- Valid UAE Driving License
Salary: AED 20,000 to 25,000 (Depending upon experience)
Family Visa and Insurance will be provided.
Duties:
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Visits corporate clients in the field to sell products,
- Oversees stock and inventory control
- Follows-up on previous sales calls, courtesy visits to principals.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s base and ensure its strong presence.
- Objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales executives.
- Supervises the functioning of the showrooms
- Assists in preparation of business plan and annual budget.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- · Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies, analysing trends and results.
- · Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales.
- · Continually assess current business distributing channels and manage the conflict.
- · Comply and implement the local laws and client’s requirements related to QHSEMS aspects at workplace, as per the bestowed authority and responsibility.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month

- selling fertilizers, Plant protection products and seeds: 2 years (Required)
