Responsible for monthly and quarterly variable compensation processing, validation, analysis, and distribution of compensation reports. Ensure plan calculations are accurate, communicated properly, and completed in a timely manner. Provide ongoing standard and ad-hoc reports and analysis of historical, current, and prospective commission activity. Analyzing the cost of commission per group, and ensuring alignment with the relevant budgets.
Communicating and addressing any questions and queries the GTM teams have in relation to their compensation. Estimate commission accruals for month-end financial close. Troubleshoot data discrepancies or exceptions and effectively communicate outcomes with the GTM teams. Serve as the trusted commission advisor to help the GTM teams understand their plan, attainment, and earnings.
Provide insights on performance, evaluate and analyze trends. Serve as a POC for commission-related questions. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in a compensation analytics role, ideally at a high-growth SaaS company Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and G-Suite skills Salesforce experience is a plus Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles, including ASC-606 - advantage Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work quickly and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a high level of precision and attention to detail
