Long Description Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Service Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with customers, performing preventive maintenance, and creating up-to-date reports on technical issues. You will also be responsible for selling and renewing service contracts for customers, communicating with clients, engineers, and other technicians to ensure effective service delivery, and conducting quality assurance on machines.
Job Responsibilities
Troubleshooting and diagnosing problems and technical issues with customers
Performing of preventive maintenance
Maintaining up-to-date reports on technical issues that have been resolved and how it was resolved.
Selling and renewing services contracts for customers
Communicating with clients, engineers, and other technicians to ensure that services are delivered effectively.
Conducting quality assurance on machines
Following up on services request.
Candidate Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering field
3 to 5 years of experience in similar position
Ability to work in team.
