- The ideal candidate will be a qualified architect who is able to construct clear diagrams using AutoCAD.
- Interior FIT-OUT experience is a must.
- This candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of all steps related to project completion and diligently communicate with necessary people to ensure timely execution.
- This candidate should also be able to conduct quality assurance checks on a frequent basis in order to ensure regulations are being followed.
Responsibilities:
- Consulting with people about the design of their environment.
- Coordinate with site team regarding the project requirements.
- Preparing and presenting design proposals to the client.
- Producing detailed drawings. Solving problems that might occur during a project.
- Coordinate with subcontractors.
- Specifying the nature and quality of materials required Skills.
- Can prepare BOQ and able to submit tender proposals.
- Prepare documents related to the project formalities.
Technical:
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Experience in Interior Construction is a must
- Creative and professional skills Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit, Sketch Up, Vray, Photoshop and other related software
- Ability to Work under pressure
- Knowledge in specifications and other related documents.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in construction, architecture that includes interior fit-out
