We are looking for a German-speaking Business Development Representative in our Business Development team to join us on this exciting journey!
Tasks
As our Business Development Representative at Prewave, you will…
- Handle high volume prospecting for qualified leads
- Develop new sales opportunities through outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, cold calling and emailing
- Work closely and collaboratively with Account Executives to develop and implement appropriate prospect strategies and plans
- Schedule online product demonstrations for a qualified lead whilst ensuring you meet your quarterly goals
- Understand the customers requirements and needs using sales methodologies
- Keep an overview over several projects at a time, monitor their progress and make sure deadlines are met
Must haves
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education
- 2+ years of experience in sales development in B2B environments
- Very good at prospecting and cold-calling
- Fluent or bilingual in German
- Professional level fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Outgoing personality and passion to succeed
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Valid work permit for Austria
- Experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn & LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Genuine interest in AI, risk prediction, supply chains and what we do
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- An extensive compensation package: We are offering an attractive compensation package that consists of a base salary and a performance-based bonus. The minimum OTE (on-target-earning), which is the projected salary (base + bonus), for this role is EUR 45.000 gross a year. The actual compensation package is based on your qualifications and experience.
