In this role you will;
Objectives of the role required lead all complaints management system(local&global)
Managing consumer&customer complaints
Working closely with the global and local quality teams to drive the necessary actions
Representing Türkiye in the global consumer feedback project
Providing quality content support to the consumer marketing teams
Representing Consumer Service in the crisis team
About you
To be able to successful in the role, you need to have;
University degree in Food Engineering
1 year of experience in quality department
Good level of using MS Office programs
Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Client oriented
Ability to handle multiple tasks
