Job Description:
1- Developing Marketing Strategies:Collaborating with the marketing team to create and execute comprehensive marketing plans and strategies based on market research, target audience analysis, and business objectives.
2- Campaign Management: Planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across various channels including creating content, managing budgets, and analyzing campaign performance.
3- Market Research and Analysis: Conducting market research to identify consumer trends, competitor analysis, and opportunities for growth.
4- Branding and Positioning: Developing and maintaining the company's brand identity and ensuring consistent messaging across all marketing channels..
5- Digital Marketing: Utilizing digital marketing techniques such as search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, content marketing, social media marketing, and email marketing to drive customer engagement, website traffic, and conversions.
6- Content Creation: Creating compelling marketing content, including blog posts, articles, website copy, social media updates, and marketing collateral.
7- Collaboration and Communication: Working closely with cross-functional teams, such as sales, product management, and design.
8- Managing and leading the marketing team in professional way.
9- Stay Updated with Industry Trends
Requirements:
-Education:A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field.
- Experience:Prior experience in marketing or related roles not less than 3 years.
- Knowledge of Marketing Principles: Strong understanding of marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices. Familiarity with market research techniques, branding, digital marketing, and various marketing channels.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, interpret marketing metrics, and make data-driven decisions. Proficiency in using analytical tools, such as Google Analytics, to track campaign performance and generate insights.
- Creativity and Innovation: Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using marketing software and tools, such as marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, social media management tools, and content management systems. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic graphic design principles is a plus.
- Nationality: Arab nationality only ( preferred to be available in Oman).
