To cope with our rapidly growth and expansion plan, we are now looking for talents to fill the following position:
Responsibilities:
Assist the launching and operations of a new indoor amusement park catering mainly for children and youngster markets.
Operates the children park including facilities and equipment checking, ticketing and guest greeting, event supporting and any other necessary assistance for the daily operations of the park, customer service, charter activity and membership program.
Handle inquires about ticketing, events booking, promotions and retail products of the park, and provides necessary selling support of these products with high-quality customer services to encourage repetitive purchases.
Maintain a hygienic and visually presentable environment for the park, perform disinfection and sanitation work of children playing facilities, tidy up and display of merchandise.
Requirements:
Outgoing and cheerful, presentable, have love for children and is a team player
Capable of communicating with children and parents.
Candidates with any one of the following criteria could be an advantage:
Experience in: Theme park/Children Playhouse or Fun Park/Entertainment Centre/Ticketing or Cash handling/Claw and game machine/Children merchandise/Children activity and party/First-aid qualification
Passionate in the children-oriented entertainment business, and the eagerness to become a part of this fast-growing business.

協助新的室內遊樂園籌備及營運工作,樂園主要對象為小朋友及青少年。
協助營運樂園,工作包括但不限於定期檢查設施及設備、處理票務工作、客戶服務等。並需協助樂園其他日常營運工作、包場活動及會員計劃。
處理有關票務查詢、活動預訂、促銷活動,並需協助銷售店內產品。
維持樂園衛生及店面清潔,定期進行消毒及清潔工作。
要求:
性格外向、開朗,喜愛小朋友及有團隊合作精神
善於與小朋友及其父母溝通

有主題樂園 / 兒童遊樂場 / 娛樂中心經驗; 有票務或收銀經驗; 有營運夾公仔機或遊戲機經驗; 有售賣兒童產品的經驗; 有處理兒童活動及派對經驗; 有急救資格
