We are looking for a Junior HR Analytics for our Human Resources Department in Maia.




RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support on HR analytics to translate data to contribute to decision making processes


• Support on rewards and forecast operations, being a key team player on the HR budgeting and reporting process


• Active search on trends and benchmarks related with People Analytics and Employee´s experience


• Contribute to the team´s success, by challenging our thinking and bringing fresh and pragmatics ideas

PROFILE

• Management, business or similar


• 1 year of experience as Data analyst, preferably in an HR environment


• IT skills, namely SAP (desirable but not mandatory)


• English (essential) and French as a plus


• Proficiency in excel


• Clear communication skills


• Ability to work well with employees in a highly multi-cultural environment


• Strong attention to detail and accuracy


• Understanding the importance of dealing with sensitive data


• Creative problem solving


• Deep analytical capabilities
