Responsibilities
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure the resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, follow up on customer order and send report.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Work with sales team by following up appointments with customers.
- Update customers’ records.
- Escalate customers’ complaints to appropriate team.
- Take the extra mile to engage customers.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Update database and give report.
- Meeting deadlines.
- Fulfilling tasks set out by supervisors.
Requirement
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts, Social Sciences, or other related fields.
- 0-2 years of proven customer service executive.
- Advanced computer literacy especially with the use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Social media, Email marketing tools, and Database.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Excellent telephone etiquette.
- Track record of over-achieving quota.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Furniture knowledge is an added advantage.
