My BPO client is looking to employ experienced Call Centre Agents to assist in on their USA Night Shift Hotel Campaign
Start Date : 22 May 2023
What is the expected of the successful candidates :
- Assist customers with bookings, cancellations, refunds and retentions
- Ability to work a 9 rotational shift between 12pm (during the day) and 9am (the next morning)
- Training is starting on the 22 May 2023 and maybe dayshift
What we are looking for :
- Briliant command of the English language (please note there is a communication barrier between South Africa and the USA, this is why we are looking for candidates with Brilliant English both written and verbal)
- 1 year stable unbroken call centre experience
- Matric / NQF Level 4 (I will require a copy of your certificate)
- SA citizens
- No criminal record
These requirements above are not negotiable
Payment Structure :
- During training : R6 300pm + R500pm night shift allowance (this is guaranteed
- Go-live : R6 800pm + R500pm night shift allowance (this a guaranteed)
- Great incentive packages are offered as well after the training period
Transport:
- We will provide and pay for transport during the hours of 7pm in the night and 5am in the morning

Salary: R6,800.00 - R7,300.00 per month
