Office Administrator- Celbridge [Ireland]


 

Office Administrator required for established company in Celbridge.

Duties to include:

- Delivery of a professional, efficient and timely standard of customer service

- Ensure inbound calls are answered in a timely and professional manner

- Handling any inbound sales enquiries by telephone and email

- Setting up of new client accounts.

- Ongoing marketing research-based projects

- Processing orders from sales teams and customers via phone, email, and online portals

- Supporting the business on all day-to-day admin

- Compiling a variety of weekly and monthly reports

- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by your manager

Key Experience & Skills Required

- Have 2-4 years customer service/admin experience

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Responsible, flexible, energetic and open to change
