Job Description:
- Responsible for managing patient's information.
- To arrange staff nurse and patient's schedule.
- Responsible for assessment of care needs of patients.
- To assist the patients in taking the prescribed medications and make sure that the patients are following all the instructions given by the doctors.
- To provide a report to the Nephrologist (NIC), Doctor (PIC) and National Renal Registry (NRR).
- To Guide the staff Assistant Medical Officer (AMO), staff Nurse (SN) and Dialysis Technician ((TA).
- To help management center.
- To ensure center always tidy and clean.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma/Degree in Nursing or in a relevant subject
- Must be at least 45 years old below
- State Registered Nurse and Assistant Medical Officer with Post Basic in Renal
- Posses with Certificate in Advance Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) & Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Min 2-year experience of working in a Hemodialysis units.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations and take appropriate decisions.
- They should be devoted and passionate towards their work and should be ready to work at any time in case of emergency.
- Understanding & practical knowledge.
- Willing to work overtime during emergency cases or when needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
