CET Logistics BV is looking for an enthusiastic colleague to fulfill the position of Warehouse Operator . The Company is based in Rotterdam (near the airport) and provides logistics solutions for Brazilian and international clients.
Our warehouse is the hub of our business and the knowledge, skill and diligence of our colleagues there is vital. We are looking for proactive and responsible operations staff to process incoming cargo, proceed with line item checking as well as provide cargo outbound as per booking options (air or ocean). There is always a lot of work to do, and a lot of collaboration with other departments is involved. We're really looking for someone with work ethic, ability to learn, good humored, easy to get along with.
The responsabilities are:

- Reception of cargo in our warehouse;
- Process cargo inbound in our system;
- Provide line item checking for cargos, inclusive of:
- Taking photographs of all items, part numbers, serial numbers, marks and labels found in the material;
- Counting the quantity of materials received and associate it with customer`s Purchase Order;
- Check and Photograph the weight of all items in a weight scale;
- Advise if material is not in comformity with customer`s standards;
- Adding the photos in our web system;
- Issue a checklist will all data found through out the checking;
- Analyze the condition of the packing (IPPC standards in case of wood);
- Move cargo around the warehouse upon necessity (knowledge and certification for the use forlift is a plus);
- Repack cargo upon customer`s request;
The ideal candidate will have:
Basic knowledge of warehouse activities;
English proficiency (Portuguese is a plus);
Forklift truck and EPT certificate;
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office;
Used to work in multicultural environments;
Stress resistant, transparent, and Team player.
