About Our Client
Our client is the global leader and premium manufacturer of Luxury Devices related to photography/videography. They have over 100 years of heritage and serve passionate photographers/videographers, collectors. They are now expanding in Singapore and looking for a Retail Consultant to join their team.
Job Description
- Responsible for the sales and daily store operations
- Provides excellent customer service and maintains a pleasant shopping environment consistent with the brand image
- Establish regular contacts with existing and potential customers, maintaining healthy customer relationship
- Keep customers informed on new products or services, changes, etc.
- Manages customer enquiries, feedbacks and after service matters
- Working closely with Retail Manager on sales activity
- Constantly providing constructive feedback to the management on various aspects.
- Other duties as assigned
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum 2 years experiences in high-end/luxury retail environment or in similar capacity.
- Passion in retail industry, good communication and customer handling skills.
- Passion in photography, art and culture scenes, photographic knowledge will be a plus.
