CuraLinc is seeking an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Data Analyst for a full-time role. The EAP Data Analyst is responsible for creating and generating reports, analyzing data and making recommendations to maximize operational efficiency, support business needs and continuously improve quality. Beyond presenting data, qualified candidates must be highly proficient in using data to identify trends, recognize patterns and uncover stories "behind the data" that demonstrate the impact of services, improve efficiency and uncover opportunities for continuous improvement. Primary Responsibilities
- Creates and Generates a Wide Range of Reports (Clinical Database, Utilization, Technology Suite, Marketing, Call Center and Quality Assurance) to Support Business Needs and Growth
- Analyzes Data, Identifies Performance Gaps and Formulates Recommendations to Present to the Operations, Client Services and Sales Teams
- Monitors Key Performance Metrics and Client-Specific Performance Guarantees
- Automates Processes to Improve Efficiency
- Assists with Constructing Client Utilization Reports
- Builds, Generates and Monitors Company Wide and Client-Specific Outcomes Reports
- Conducts Other Reporting and Data Analytic Projects, as Needed
- Recognizes Patterns and Tells the 'Story' Behind the Data
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 Years of Experience with an Employee Assistance (EAP) or Workforce Mental Health Program
- Curiosity and Passion to Dive into Data and Discover Patterns that Could Provide New Insights
- Ability to Produce and Interpret Data with Strong Technical and Analytical Skills
- Ability to Multi-Task in a Fast-Paced Environment
- Self-Motivated and Highly Dependable
