We are looking for a HR Coordinator to join the Central HR team for H&M AUNZ. As HR Administrator you will have operational ownership over the full Team Member Lifecyle, including preparation of HR reports using data analytics, coordinating recruitment and onboarding processes, coordinating the performance review process, preparing letters relating to performance and conduct, maintaining employee records across HR systems and records administration. You will deliver customer service focused HR support to all stakeholders.
Some of the key responsibilities of this role are:
Onboarding
- Plan and administer onboarding of all existing and new hires with Payroll to a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ensure all background screening/ visas and all other pre on boarding stages are fully complete
Employee Lifecycle
- Manage and action all employee life cycle requests together with Payroll and Area HR/Area Controller working within the required timeframes
- ER administration, drafting warning and termination letters, supporting with disciplinary invites, employment verifications and other ad hoc ER queries
- Ensure consistent and clear communication to all stores and support the development of all managers to ensure smooth processing (e.g. Workforce, pay cycles and internal processes)
Offboarding
- Process and action all offboarding related tasks
- Ensuring all systems are reflective of up-to-date leavers, and all HR systems accurate
Additional Responsibilities
- Inbox management. Responding to queries, organizing inbox and adhoc tasks that come with inbox management (follow ups, more information required, incomplete forms etc.)
- Ensure understanding of the terms of the H&M Enterprise Agreement 2019 in order to support Area HR in the application of these processes
- Understanding of company HR policies in order to action the appropriate steps
- Workers compensation administration
- Supporting wider HR team’s general HR Projects
- A passion for all things HR
- HR Coordinator or HR Administration experience is desirable.
- A customer first mindset with our Stores at the forefront of everything you do
- Ability to explain HR policies and processes; A coaching and problem-solving approach is key.
- High attention to detail with strong time management skills
- A self-starter, with a proactive approach and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- An agile mindset: You are open to and embrace change.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including intermediate Excel knowledge
