The BI Animal Health (AH) business is a global leader in the animal health industry and our work is guided by a passionate belief in a future in which no animal suffers from a preventable disease. Within the Livestock team we are 16 dedicated colleagues who share the desire to create maximum welfare for ruminants and swine.
THE OPPORTUNITY - DO WORK THAT MATTERS
Would you like to be part of an exciting adventure? For our Animal Health (AH) business in the Nordics we are currently looking for a talented professional with marketing, project management and administrative management support experience to assist a high performing team.
As our Marketing Assistant Livestock Nordics, you will be driving several marketing activities and execute concepts in close collaboration with both sales and marketing colleagues in the Animal Health business. You will also support the team with creative and stimulating tasks, such as coordination of all marketing and sales materials in the Nordics.
You will work from our office in Copenhagen while reporting directly to the local Business Unit Head in Livestock.
Further key responsibilities:
  • Undertake a wide range of daily tasks to ensure the coordination of the brand teams activities, while keeping an eye on both details and deadlines
  • Assist brand managers with practical tasks in relation to projects - to be defined on a project basis
  • Coordinating role for the student assistants
  • Responsible for vendor management (purchase requisition) and invoices
  • Assist in coordination of both traditional marketing campaigns and digital marketing activities
  • Support and prepare for promotional events/ fairs, and other customer-oriented marketing activities
  • Organize internal events, such as sales meetings for larger groups of people
  • Professionalize PowerPoint presentations
What you should bring to the team:
  • Your passion and motivation to work in an energetic and fun team
  • Working experience as a Marketing Coordinator/Assistant
  • Highly skilled in PowerPoint
  • A creative and detail-oriented mindset
  • Practical experience with project management, marketing and/or digital media
  • Excellent command of the Danish and English languages
  • Able to manage multiple tasks with tight timelines
  • Teamplayer who builds trust and communicates in a transparent and honest way
  • Lastly, you embrace digital transformation and are open to agile ways of working.
