We're looking for an energetic, resourceful, and super communicative person with a can-do attitude to join the global Marketing Ops dynamic team and help us build and maintain the next generation Marketing Ops environment.
The ideal candidate is an experienced operational marketer with a strong background with a Marketing Automation tool (preferably Marketo), understands B2B marketing funnels, and has working knowledge in Salesforce. You should be a natural problem solver with great attention to detail and excellent time management skills to succeed in this role.
What you'll do
- Understand the company Sales-Marketing funnel, analyze and optimize when needed
- Actively manage, maintain and enhance Marketing Automation capabilities
- Work daily with regional and global teams across the broader AppsFlyer organization, understand their needs and priorities to meet deadlines
- Produce short and long term reports drawn from different data sources to enhance workflows and engagements
- Produce continuous training to relevant stakeholders on how to see data and optimally move leads through the funnel
- Maintain and optimize lead nurture funnels
- Build campaigns using Salesforce & Marketo, Lead handling and list imports
- QA all major outbound emails for content and targeting, landing pages and forms
- Technically own Marketing tools, explore new tools and help integrate them into our environment
What you have
- At least two years working experience with Marketing Automation tools (preferably Marketo) in B2B companies
- At least two years working experience with Salesforce
- Experience with Zapier/Integromat (or similar service)
- Native/close to native level of written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experienced with project management tools (Asana or similar service)
- Expertise in Excel / Google Sheets
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Highly motivated, responsible mindset, and independent, can-do attitude
