Job Description:
We are now looking for a Quality Assurance for our Airbus GBS team.
Responsibilities - your mission
Conduct Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA)
Assess the quality of Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) according to Airbus criteria
Perform process capability studies and Statistical Process Control (SPC) analyzes
Perform Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) assessments on Industrial Key Business Deliverables (KBD’s)
Create Quality Plans for industrial projects
Requirements - our ideal candidate will have
Advanced expertise on and working experience with Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA)
Expertise on and experience with the Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) methodology (ref EN 9145)
Knowledge of Quality Management System Requirements for Aviation, Space, and Defense Organizations (ref 9100 standard)
Knowledge of process flow diagram, variation management of Key Characteristics, Control Plan, Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA), process capability studies and Statistical Process Control (SPC)
Fluent English, French/German/Spanish would be a plus
Knowledge of aircraft manufacturing technologies and processes would be an advantage
Previous experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Conformance, and/or Manufacturing Engineering would be an advantage
Knowledge of Minitab software would be an advantage
