Sales Representative for an Italian food and drink specialist supplying retail and foodservice in the Cork, Kerry & Tipperary areas. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years sales experience in the trade.
- Manage and develop new and existing accounts
- Works effectively across the portfolio of existing and new accounts to ensure successful delivery of assigned targets.
- Help to grow and develop current KC Norton Brands.
- Demonstrate continuous growth in sales volume whist maintaining margin objectives.
- Identify new clients and grow existing client relationships through strong communication both face to face and remotely.
- Excellent customer service and product knowledge to be demonstrated during customer meetings.
- Identify and target business opportunities with existing and new accounts.
- Monthly reporting on performance, highlighting opportunities and customer needs to the National Sales Manager
- Manage credit, maintain ongoing communication with credit department.
Requirements:
- 2 years food experience.
- Passionate about food and wine.
- Proven ability to maintain & grow sales.
- A Knowledge of Sales & Margins processes.
- Ability to work on your own initiative.
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral communication skills are essential.
- Strong influencing and negotiating skills
- Flexible approach to working hours & travel.
- Full clean driver’s license.
