EPOWERdoc – Support Analyst
EPOWERdoc is a medical software company that provides documentation for hospitals, emergency departments and urgent care facilities nationwide. This position requires a person with both communication and programming skills with the ability to work in a small team environment while working independently. Both code production and managerial skills will be used. Applicant needs to have the ability to manage several projects at once and be flexible in their role responsibilities.
An ability to interact with clients via all forms of communication is a must.
Functions:
- On call support
- First Line support with clients via both telephone and email communication
- Every other week after hours (nights and weekend) call
- Database entry
- SQL Queries
- Maintenance of key integration software
- Various other projects to be determined as they arise
Basic Requirements:
- SQL Database knowledge
- VB.Net knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
Knowledge of:
- Familiar with Windows Server
- Stored Procedures
- Multi-tiered development
Work Environment:
The work environment will be in a virtual atmosphere out of a home office with frequent team meetings held in Jacksonville, Fl. The initial “immersion period” of the position will require onsite work for an undetermined amount of time depending on absorption of material and comfort level of both the employee and EPD staff.
Florida based preferred
Some travel may be required.
