LoadOnWheel.co is a fast-growing logistics company based in Johar Town, Lahore. We are currently seeking an experienced Truck Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 6 months to 2 years of experience in the logistics industry and possess strong communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule truck deliveries with drivers, clients, and warehouses.
- Track and monitor delivery progress, ensuring that deliveries are made on time and in accordance with client requirements.
- Communicate with clients to ensure their needs are met, and handle any issues that may arise.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
- Monitor truck maintenance and report any issues to the maintenance team.
- Maintain accurate records of all deliveries and shipments.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 months to 2 years of experience as a Truck Dispatcher in the logistics industry.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations governing the trucking industry.
- Ability to use computer programs and software for tracking and scheduling.
- Experience in UK on bound calling is a plus.
