We serve a large variety of end markets and our products can be found in thousands of consumer products around the world. These include Animal Nutrition, Biorefinery, Dietary Supplements, Beverage, Home Care, Microbial Control, Perfumery, Food, Personal Care, Pharma.
IFF is seeking for a highly dedicated individual to join our team as an Accounting Officer. This role is based in Thailand and will report to Accounting Manager.
How You Will Contribute
- Handle the payment process of all vendor invoices (Domestic and Import)
- Ensure that all invoices are entered into AP and properly approved before processing for payment.
- Ensure that all accounts payable reporting cutoffs and deadlines are met as per schedule as part of the weekly, bi-weekly and monthly processes
- Prepare cheque by weekly, monthly and upon requested
- Prepare all withholding Tax related to the payment
- Deal with bank and vendors
- Support for monthly and yearly closing
- Handle reconcile for all balance sheet account
- Handle other duties and special projects as assigned
Job Requirements
What you will need to be successful
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Minimum of 2 years experiences in Account Payable is preferable
- Good Command in English
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work to deadlines
- Good knowledge in Accounting standard (IFRS) and Tax
- Hardworking and able to work under pressure
- Experience in internal control
- Able start to work immediately is preferable
