Team info:
As part of our Product Management (PM) team, you'll have the opportunity to acquire knowledge and expertise around innovative and interesting technologies.
Your new job:
- You'll have someone by your side to introduce you to the work with some of our partners and their technologies (mainly WHMCS – Complete Web Hosting Management Solution / CPanel & Plesk – Web- and Server Management Solutions). Within the framework of these technologies your tasks will include:
- You'll contribute to external integrations roadmap and requirements preparation.
- You'll help our customers with resolving support issues.
- You'll take care of the documentation of processes and set up of training material.
- You'll stay in contact with our partners to discuss their requirements and set up help guides for customers.
- You'll be in contact with a variety of departments including Sales, Marketing, and Support, e.g. participate in budget planning and invoice process.
- You'll support the PM team in various projects and tasks.
Your background:
- You already started studying, are familiar with software development, and like communicating throughout your work.
- You are interested in accelerating your expertise toward email technology, process planning, as well as partner- and customer management.
- You are interested in learning more about the B2B email market and its stakeholders.
- You have an IT affinity and some basic IT knowledge and know how to operate MS Office applications.
- You can effectively communicate in English verbally and in writing across all levels and have good written and spoken German language skills.
- You are a teamplayer and love to learn from others and bring in your own ideas.
