Office Management:
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Process Wage & Time Sheets weekly
- Attend to After hours/On-call enquiries from staff on shift
- Process recruitment and onboarding of new staffs
- Attend meetings with Managing Director on a regular basis
Requirements and skills
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Familiarity with office management procedures
- Excellent time management skills
