Job Description
Reporting to the Finance Manager, your main duties will include:
- Processing creditor invoices against a purchase order
- Maintain and monitor accounts inbox
- Creating payment batches with some ad hoc manual payments
- Ensure digital copies of invoices and other relevant documentation is saved
- Professional handling of creditor account enquiries
- Reconciling monthly statements for major suppliers
- Maintain understanding of relevant codes within purchase orders
- Reinforce compliance to the purchase order process
- Facilitate set up and maintenance of vendor cards
- Review and recommend changes to current policy, procedure and process and implement improvements as required.
- Other ad hoc duties as required
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have very strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing data. They will be proficient with Excel. However - most importantly, they will have very strong communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders when required.
