Hiring for a dedicated, freelance Digital Marketing Lead - Social Media with a proven track record in corporate brand profile social media management. The Digital Marketing Lead - Social Media will report to the VP for Marketing, Marketing Director, and Marketing Manager, and will work with the Marketing project team.

We are looking for a true social media practitioner who does not only perform exactly as required, but is also looking for an opportunity to grow a brand’s social media presence and is always on the lookout for how to apply social media en vogue techniques for a brand’s growth and has the ability to manage social with a marketing mindset.

The Digital Marketing Lead - Social Media will work under the company’s Marketing program alongside efforts done for digital ad campaigns, content, SEO, affiliate program, referral program, etc. The social media effort must be skillfully managed and executed to complement the other components of the company’s Marketing program.

  • Content Creation Project Management: Content - coordinate the creation of social media content that is on-brand in tone, voice, topic, and is growth and conversions-oriented, across all our social media accounts:Facebook

  • Content Creation Project Management: Strategy - Strategize content calendar creation and management, copywriting target market engagement
  • People Coordination - Work with writers, designers, and other marketing team members on final social media content and scheduling
  • Tool Use - Use social media tools to drive the best performance of the brand’s social media presence. Current tools include:Sprout

  • Data Collection and Analysis - Monitor, capture, and analyze social media metrics and data on all social media platforms for engagement, growth, and reach
  • Data Reporting - Present thoughtful and clear reporting on a regular basis; should be able to read between the lines, show clear repercussions, action items, observations, etc. to produce an informative, insightful, and actionable report.
  • Social Media Optimization: Best Practice Adaptation - Optimize content and platforms according to current best practices and social media trends
  • Social Media Optimization: Trend Adaptation - Due to speed of change on social media: learn and research new trends and best practices, or platforms if needed, about social media to apply to the brand’s social media presence and produce working, publish-ready output based on the application of these new trends/best practices
  • Community Management - Can provide input alongside Marketing management and Customer Support for how to interact with online engagement and how to grow community building
  • Digital Marketing - Drive cross-creation, strategy, and funneling of social media to and from other online channels, such as website, blog, app, SEO, etc.
  • KPI, Performance and Goal Setting - Set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, such as targets for a certain number of shares or likes and measuring a campaign’s performance against the KPIs
  • Writing is critical competency for this position. You must be able to draft up copy on the fly to respond to social media activity across all platforms.
  • Be well-versed in and have the capacity to understand and learn the business and how it works to be able to communicate that clearly to our social media audience.
  • Be able to provide editing direction when it comes to copy writing and copy development.

Qualifications:

  • Marketing/Advertising/Creative Agency experience
  • 3-5 years as a social media lead/digital marketing lead or a similar role
  • At least 3 years of remote work experience
  • Degree in Communication Arts, Mass Communications, or equivalent
  • Demonstrable skill and experience in social media content creation as evidenced in a strong creative portfolio
  • Responsive and communicative, especially regarding project progress
  • Self-motivated team player, able to set priorities and manage deadlines
  • Knowledge of best practices for social media platforms
  • Has hands-on experience with skillful social media content creation, a strong writer, understands nuance and adapting for different target audiences, and has an eye for design
  • Self-motivated team player, able to set priorities and manage deadlines
  • Experience with project management tools
  • Proficient in Google Office Suite

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php60,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month
