What does this role involve
- Working proactively with leadership and key stakeholders to develop & execute lead generation strategies to grow conversion to proprietary delivery methods on the AMG group platforms as well as on the domestic market.
- Defining best practices, standards and processes to drive successful merchant acquisition and upsell opportunities. Establishing effective cooperation with the Sales Team.
- Managing lead nurturing programs to accelerate prospect movement through the demand generation sales funnel.
- Setting up & optimization of marketing automation best practices to attract and guide qualified leads through the sales process.
- Cooperating with the SME Account Commercialization Team in the area of leads generation, improving processes and flows.
- Tracking lead generation results to determine which tactics are most effective and should be continued or eliminated
- Developing new lead generation ideas based on changing market conditions and customer needs
- Tracking and reporting on demand generation performance metrics
This job is for you, if
- You have at min. 3 years of work in a position related to B2B marketing and/or leads acquisition
- You have very good knowledge of marketing, B2B campaigns optimisation, working with data
- You have general understanding of sales processes and channels
- You have analytical approach and good problem solving skills
- You have project Management skills
- You have advanced knowledge of MS Office
- You are goal-oriented, focused on achieving high impact results
- You work effectively in English (desired B2+) and communicate with stakeholders
