Job Description
  • Manage CM’s planning staff to ensure scheduling of build flow to meet production schedules and requirements and end customer requirements
  • Directs CM’s production planning to ensure on time availability of products to fill customer orders and on time shipments.
  • Responds to DF, Asia Ops Planning Manager and Product Management issues.
  • Makes sure each operation meets shipping dates according to customer orders (On Time Delivery)
  • Familiar with Shipping and Logistic issue and knowledge
  • Coordinating product returns (RMAs) and process return to DF or HQ
  • Be a key person to guide Shipping Assistant (Contract worker) and CM’s Shipping Assistant to perform and fulfill Arista Shipment process.
  • Be a key person to work with NetSuite Consultant for any downtime and error msg for PO receipt and Item Fulfillment.
  • Shipment issue tracking and work with CM for improvement plan.
  • Manage OTD report and generating Planning department related report
  • Proceed with PO receipt transaction
  • Transfer Order Fulfillment.
  • Inventory verification.
  • Inventory transaction recording
  • Labeling shipping commercial invoices, packing slip and receiving documents verification.
  • Liaise with Forwarder if needed, coordinating with Forwarder/Shipper on daily issue.
  • Communicate with operators/warehouse worker from Jabil.
  • Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Job Safety Analysis (JSAs).
  • Complete daily logs.
  • Responsible for quality control. No damaged product is accepted in. No damaged product is sent out.
  • Communicate with Shipping contact from US/Amsterdam/SG if needed.
  • Familiar with Shipping and Logistic issue and knowledge

Qualifications
  • Preferably Minimum of Three (3) years & up of hands on scheduling in a complex manufacturing and assembly environment with meaningful scale in the related field is required for this position OR in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
  • Strong demonstrated critical thinking and logic skills with proven track record of success in a complex production and assembly environment.
  • Excellent and proven project leadership and team participation skills.
  • Required skill(s): production planning, control and management, Process Improvement.

EDUCATION:

  • Diploma of Business Studies/Administration/Management
  • BS or BA degree.
