We are seeking expert sales representative with excellent negotiation and fluent English to join our creative agency.

Responsibilities
- Generate leads and identify new challenging business opportunities.
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
- Communication skills, especially persuasion, to clearly convey the benefits of a service or product to potential customers.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, services, products, packages, delivery schedules, and sales techniques.
- Recommends changes in service packages and pricing, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
- Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
- Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions.
- Maintain a healthy relationship with the client(s) and keep a strong follow up.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Communicate the company's value proposition to potential clients.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
- Continuously improve through feedback.

Sales Representative Qualifications
- BBA/MBA or equivalent
- Must have 2- 3 years of proven work experience of as a sales representative.
- Must have excellent negotiation skills.
- Must have excellent fluent English speaking skills.
Note:
- Candidates must have a strong and reliable internet connection to access company systems and software, i.e. minimum internet speed of 20MBPS and minimum backup internet speed 10MBPS
- A backup/uninterruptible power supply to ensure that work can continue uninterrupted in the event of a power outage or load shedding.
- A computer or laptop with a high-speed processor, sufficient memory (16GB or more), and a reliable hard drive for storage
